Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 11, 2026
We at Blaize respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your information. This policy applies to the personal information we collect through our websites, services, products, software, tools, and other services and functionality we provide (collectively, the “Blaize Services”).
When we use the term “Blaize,” we refer to Blaize Holdings, Inc. and to our subsidiaries and affiliates globally.
Your use of the Blaize Services is governed by the Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy, including your agreement to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis.
What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect from you when you access or use the Blaize Services. We collect and process Personal Information and we use this Personal Information internally for certain purposes, including providing, personalizing, and improving the Blaize Services; responding to your inquiries and fulfilling your requests; communicating about products, services, or updates; and analyzing how you use the Blaize Services. In some cases, we may share Personal Information with third parties as described below.
What Information does Blaize collect and how is it used?
Information You Provide to Us:
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as during the registration process and/or through web form submission. We may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and your company’s name. Certain Personal Information may be required to access specific features or Blaize Services.
We may use this Personal Information to communicate with you, including to respond to inquiries, provide information about our products or services, and, where permitted by law, send promotional or marketing communications. For example, if you provide your email address, we may contact you regarding your use of our services or to share information about products, services, or updates that may be of interest to you.
Our email communications may include technologies that allow us to understand whether a message has been opened or interacted with. This information helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and improve our services.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions included in such communications. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you non-promotional communications related to your relationship with us, such as service-related or administrative messages, where permitted by law.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Blaize Services, we may automatically collect information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, device information, browser type and version, geolocation data, “cookie” and similar identifiers’ information, and the pages or features you access. “Cookies” are identifiers that we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device. This information helps us customize and improve the Blaize Services and analyze usage patterns and trends. You can control or limit cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect your ability to use some features of the Blaize Services.
Do Not Track Policy
Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is currently no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, the Blaize Services do not respond to or honor DNT signals. As a result, we may collect information about your online activities both while you use the Blaize Services and after you leave our Services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Personal Information
The Blaize Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children below the age of consent under applicable law (e.g., under 13 in the United States and under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Economic Area) without appropriate authorization. If you are under the age of consent in your country, please do not attempt to register for Blaize Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child without requisite consent, we will promptly delete that information as required by law. If you believe that a child may have provided us Personal Information, please contact us at info@blaize.com.
Does Blaize Use Cookies and Other Technologies??
The Blaize website uses cookies and other tracking technologies, including those provided by third parties, pixels, beacons, session replay scripts, fingerprinting scripts, or other third-party tracking scripts, codes or similar technologies to enable essential site functionality, analytics, personalization, and targeted advertising. You can choose to “Accept All”, “Decline All”, or “Customize” your preferences on the cookie banner. Declining or customizing tracking to reject optional tracking does not otherwise affect the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your data in other contexts as described in the terms of this Privacy Policy.
